  • To participate in project management for large building projects;
  • To exercise energy management and monitoring, repair and maintain air-conditioning and gas supply systems;
  • To oversee the operation of outlets, manage staff quarters, handle space allocation, and provide venue support;
  • To provide campus-wide buildings and facility management, campus services, equipment support to function venues as well as mailing and dispatch services;
  • To provide the security, transport and fire services.
